Built by someone who has lived on both sides of the transition.

We know what it means to build an identity around performance — and the challenges that come when that chapter ends. As a former MLB pitcher for the Tampa Bay Rays, his career ended with the quiet, disorienting question every elite performer eventually faces: Who am I when the game is over?
